Vendor load-in/out instructions

Market Load-in times

  • Standard, vehicle-assisted load-in is from 7:00am to 9:30am

    • Early vendor load-in is available to purchase until 10/20/26 for an additional fee

    • Any vehicles arriving after 9:00am will not be able to drive on to Broad for load-in.

  • One load-in vehicle is allowed per vendor. Additional load-in vehicle passes are available for purchase until 10/20/26.

    • Vendor Pass must be displayed on vehicle dash at all times.

    • A person able to operate the vehicle must be near it at all times during load-in.

  • Vendors are not to park in other vendor spaces.  

  • Event staff will begin clearing vehicles at 9:30am and all vehicles must be fully clear no later than 9:45am.

Vendor check-in

  • Everyone enters for load-in southbound on Bingham from Summer, towards Broad

  • Someone from the EventOps/Broad Avenue Art Walk (BAAW) team will check you in near Bingham & Broad

    • This person will be wearing a black EventOps shirt, likely with a reflective vest

  • At check in you will receive:

    • 1 vehicle load-in pass

    • 1 vendor parking pass

    • 2 vendor wristbands for our hospitality area

  • Depending on your market spot, you will be in one of 4 zones:

    • GREEN VENDORS enter from the RIGHT lane of Bingham, turn RIGHT on Broad

    • BLUE VENDORS enter from the RIGHT lane of Bingham, turn RIGHT on Broad

    • ORANGE VENDORS enter from the LEFT lane of Bingham, turn LEFT on Broad

    • PURPLE VENDORS enter from the LEFT lane of Bingham, turn LEFT on Broad

PARKING

Thanks to a generous sponsorship from LPI/Broad Self-Storage, we can provide ONE parking space per vendor. Park at the empty lot at the northeast corner of Bingham and Broad.

Vendor hospitality

A free vendor hospitality area will be located at 2535 Broad Avenue during market hours. This space is accessible ONLY with a vendor wristband. You may use this area to:

  • Take a a break from the market

  • Use the indoor restroom

  • Grab a light drink or snack

Market Load-OUT

  • Vendor load-out occurring before the festival end at 5:00pm may result in no future acceptances to Broad Ave events.

  • Standard vehicle-assisted load-out is from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

  • Cars will not be allowed back onto Broad before 5:30pm.

  • Broad is scheduled to re-open at 8:00pm; all spaces must be clear at that time.

  • One load-out vehicle is allowed per vendor. Additional load-out vehicle passes are available for purchase.

    • Vendor Pass must be displayed on vehicle dash at all times.

    • A person able to operate the vehicle must be near it at all times during load-out.

  • Vendors are not to park in other vendor spaces.  

  • The Art Walk is not responsible for any left items or booths not clear by 8:00pm.

  • Booths that are abandoned will be removed.
