By selecting this add-on, you will have access to the EventOps Concierge Phone line. When you text our number, a staff member will come watch your booth to give you a break (to walk around, use the restroom, get food, etc). Please note that we may not always have someone available immediately, so allow for a 15-30 min lead.

We will watch your booth for about 30 minutes at a time. We aren’t necessarily setting a timer, but we are not liable for your merchandise if you happen to disappear for a couple of hours! Just keep it reasonable, please :)

This is an ideal add-on for vendors who do not employ additional staff for their booth.

Valid for operational hours of the Broad Avenue Art Walk, 10/24/26 from 10am to 5pm.
